In the event that you are not satisfied with your Juice Plus product we offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first purchase with us. Products with accompanying invoice must be returned within 60 days of the order date. Refunds are issued for the full amount paid at the time of purchase, less shipping.

For all other returns, the product must be returned in resaleable condition. Refunds are issued for the full amount less any applicable restocking fees and shipping.

Resalable condition means:

• Product is unopened and factory seals are in place
• Product is not expired

To initiate a return of your Juice Plus order please contact our Customer Experience Team anytime Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Juice Plus+® subscription by calling 1-800-668-8980 or emailing our Customer Experience Team at info.ca@juiceplus.com.
